Our proposal

Halfway between a management game and a strategy game, C Ki l’Boss? is a web and mobile application that relies on an original technique: adaptive storytelling. Players play the role of a contractor who has to make strategic HR and operational decisions to ensure the sustainability of their company. They have to maintain their cash flow while balancing management, reputation and leadership decisions (gauges). Using multi-player mode, they can also handle projects by cooperating with their co-apprentices! For this education and training project, we worked in co-design mode with CCCA-BTP, especially for the teaching aspects.
